Winter Survival Kits for the Community
This year, Iceberg Networks put together an incredible 200 winter survival kits to be distributed throughout the community. As the Iceberg team is more spread out this year while working remotely, we were able to distribute kits in Montreal and Toronto as well as Ottawa.
We want to thank Kits for a Cause for helping us gather the ingredients to assemble the kits, as well as a huge thank you to our staff who step up each year to make this initiative an even greater success.
Ottawa – 125 kits
50 kits to the Youth Services Bureau
25 kits to Cornerstone women’s shelter
50 kits to The Booth Centre
We were also able to gather enough funds and donations from fellow employees and neighbours to donate:
- 28 pairs of boots
- 65 pairs of socks
- 3 garbage bags of coats
- 1 garbage bag of blankets
- 1 garbage bag of hats, mitts and scarves
- 50 survival kits
Montreal – 25 kits
25 kits to Dans La Rue
Toronto – 50 kits
