The Importance of an Annual Archer Health Check
Monday, August 21 – 3:30pm
Wednesday, August 23 – 9:00am
Robert’s co-presenting with RSA’s Sid Periyasamy, and they’ll share analysis and results from two years worth of Archer health checks at Dell EMC. Beyond helping to optimize their Archer installation, the data from the health checks have also provided some useful operational insights into their Archer program that Robert and Sid will review as part of their presentation.
Foundations for a Sustainable Archer Program
Tuesday, August 22 – 4:30pm
Melissa will be presenting the “business-driven Archer program” approach we’ve developed at Iceberg for GRC integrations. Instead of treating GRC work as individual projects, we take a bigger picture view to understand customer requirements as part of their broader GRC and risk management strategy. She’ll be sharing some of our best practices, processes and documentation that we’ve developed to support this approach. A great overview for program managers, architects, and development leads.
