Thoughts on Iceberg’s growth and new positions on our sales team

As a CEO it is very rewarding when the team you work with is being so successful that you are put in a position to have to hire new talent to meet the increasing demands for your software and services.

The momentum Iceberg has developed in the GRC market space has resulted in us needing two new hires.  For me personally, the VP of Sales is a very important hire, as I need a teammate to help us continue our growth across North America, and lead a team to live up to one of our important company values of making a positive difference for every customer.

At the same time, the team has done a terrific job developing some really effective Federal Government solutions that have justified Iceberg needing a dedicated Account Executive in Ottawa.
