RSA Archer a leader in Gartner’s Operational Risk Magic Quadrant

RSA Archer has had another strong ranking from Gartner, this time in their December 2015 Operational Risk Magic Quadrant.

Gartner cites RSA Archer’s broad vertical strategy, strong customer support and product strategy as strengths:

  • Vertical/Industry Strategy: RSA has a broad vertical strategy, with 28% of its client base in financial services and the remainder evenly spread across nine additional industry verticals.
  • Operations: Product support is highly rated by customer references, given that RSA leverages four globally distributed support locations to enable 24-hour-per-day access to support resources.
  • Offering (Product) Strategy: RSA possesses a well-articulated product roadmap focused on an improved user interface and ORM capabilities, such as loss event management and risk control self-assessment (RCSA).
